Le Bleu Central Distributors, a leading licensee of Le Bleu Corporation, and leader in the Home and Office Delivery(HOD) bottled water and coffee services in central North Carolina, seeks talented professionals. We are in need of a full-time Office Assistant in our Raleigh, NC location.

Office Assistant Requirements and Duties include:

· Assist with daily office activities and paperwork-flow.

· Reconcile accounts, collections, monthly reports, etc.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and willing to learn Water Flex Software.

· Must be organized and provide accurate record keeping and storage.

· Must be willing to investigate and resolves all billing inquiries.

· Assists with accounts receivable, including outbound calls to customers with a past due balance for collection to company standards.

· Provides professional phone interactions with all customers.

· Processes customer requests for service,complaints, inquiries, and new customer set-up.

· Work well with Route Sales team and Office Management.

· Provide Truck Aging reports for each Route Sales Person daily.

· Prepare various reports for corporate, and branch employees as needed accurately and on time.

· This teammate must be professional, customer service oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, plus be able to lift 45 lb.
