What are bottle deposits?

Bottle deposits are a standard industry practice that companies charge to ensure the return of their bottles. Le Bleu charges a one-time bottle deposit of $7.00 per bottle to its customers. This is a fully refundable deposit, and is typically only charged on your initial supply of bottles. On most deliveries, we will normally exchange an equal number of full bottles for your empty bottles. However, if on a subsequent order you increase (or decrease) your inventory of bottles, you will be charged (or credited) the appropriate bottle deposits.

Do I need to be home for deliveries?

Other than the initial set-up of your service and account, you do not need to be home for us to make deliveries. On your scheduled delivery days, you simply need to leave your empty bottles by your front door (or any other pre-arranged spot) and we will replace them with the same number of full bottles.

How often do you deliver your water?

We deliver on regularly scheduled routes. The routes are typically either every two, four, or eight weeks, depending on your usage. We will provide you with a calendar of all of the delivery dates for the year.
